You want to be all nicely dressed up for your birthday, but I don't think Tsukai was expecting this much for her Birthday Dress. Original sketch by

The K.1.T.5. have certainly found a real pretty dress for her. Tsukai is a little shocked by how big it all is. She was finding it hard to even walk!
When she pressed to the K.1.T.5. why it was so big, they said it was all to cover up her really big diapers she needs to wear.
...Tsukai was significantly less impressed with the dress and the K.1.T.5. after hearing that.
