When Ozma blackmail someone, it is because they have either a dark secret or wish to keep a clean public image. She uses it against them for her own pleasure, if they go against her, she simply sell the info to the highest bidder. This time a cruel father who abused his family, but wanted to keep a clean image was caught by her and she extorted many things from him.


Refusing to play along anymore, she simply gave the intel to the authority which arrested him on sight, she expected him to rot in jail, instead because of his wealth, he managed to silence the truth and walks free once again. Angry beyond belief by the sheer hypocrisy of this city and its ''justice system'' she decided to kill him after beating him to pulp and breaking his back.
