Fer did that deliberately.

I look at it as magic shorts, conceals things. But there are other valid ways to view it. Regardless though, the exclusion of certain anatomy was a deliberate choice according to the artist.

It being left out is not the answer as to WHY it was left out, though.
Obviously Fer did it deliberately; after years and years drawing the character I would assume it wouldn't happen by accident. But I wonder what the reason is...
