This is the easiest Mii i've ever made, never mind the fact that the classic Mr. Magoo has a simple yet recognizable design to begin with
I wish i could make the Xilam incarnation but that would be a bit more time consuming

Try any the following methods
- reboot your console
- leave the Mii characters tab on the Miitopia start screen's menu then re-enter and try again
- turn off sharing for a brief second then turn it back on again
