It seems the head chef is more aware than I previously thought. He probably knows that Bob was sent to his station as a punishment. I'm pretty sure that the head chef is smart enough to know that something between the two is what caused Bob to end up demoted and under his command. Letting the two fight is only going to mess up their surroundings and probably lead to one of them getting killed. During the lunch rush hour, no less. Regardless, seeing more than one dragon support Gervic is probably going to frustrate Bob to no end. I bet Bob's going to erupt like Gervic did eventually.
