I always imaged this sort of thing happening to Mikey since he's kinda like the Dale of the bunch (Leo would be the Chip). The idea being that the "Dale" character is the one most prone to overindulgence (no judgment, just pointing out an archetypal trope). And then Raph would be the one most often teasing him about being a squishy helpless blubber blob. X3 Meanwhile, Don would build machines for feeding and massaging. ^w^
