Bearers of the Future
In an all-male all-soldier civilization comprised of canines, felines, and avians, males bear children. Due to it being an all-soldier society, pregnant soldiers are put into stasis to keep their buns in the oven safe. They are stripped of clothing to make it easier for the energies in the stasis field to properly keep their bodies healthy. Their butts and thighs are inflated in order to store nutrients for their babies while they are pregnant. Pregnant males are revered during their time as child-bearers. It is considered the highest honor in their society to bear children, as they have the important responsibility and privilege of bearing the next generation of soldiers that will serve and defend their vast empire of justice. and in their nine months of pregnancy, they experience nothing but pure bliss and satisfaction.
I listened to this on a loop while making this. It's extremely relaxing! BE WARNED! It may cause moody Blade Runner vibes!

It's more of to protect the unborn children, since they are all soldiers, basically a civilization that's also it's own army, that way they won't have to be on the front lines and endanger their lil' buns in the oven. Plus, these dudes were knocked up outside the facility. Most of them even have boyfriends or husbands who did so. It's simply standard protocol for them to report to these facilities upon becoming pregnant. They are released from stasis at the final month and given access to amenities, including their cellphones. (Yes, they have cellphones on their planet.) The six of them also take the final weeks to get to know each other, maybe talk about what they'll name their boys, until they finally go into labor. It's most likely that they'll keep in touch with each other after it's over. ; P.S. There's not really anything hive-related. Sorry. :(
