I drew this at school on MSPaint when I don't have school work at Study Skills and I saved it on my USB thumbdrive that I got it for free from Office Depot. I didn't get a chance to finished it, because the MSPaint colors were misplaced. Instead, I felt like finished it with my Photoshop magic! LULZ

I wanted this picture to be based on Dr. Robotnik's expression from The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon. I didn't mean to trace it or anything, I used it on my own head. xD
