So, I feel terrible. I cannot remember the name of the artist who did this for me. I got it Sunday at AC 2010, from the Artist Alley, and I can't find my receipts. :<

If you're the artist, please let me know! I'll gladly put your name in and praise you for the work ya did and everything! I mean, it's FLUORESCENT! How many con badges do you know that fluoresce?!
