Just a random development sketch for some cool/inclement weather gear. I think this was about the time I got issued a Gore-Tex jacket instead of a old-fashioned field jacket for the first time. I found the (then) new Gore-Tex to be lighter, more compact, and more wind & water-resistant, if not quite as warm... but factoring that once the field jacket became wet it became both (a) heavy and (b) cold then I found the Gore-Tex an overall superior choice.

SO I drew a random fox dude wearing an Empires style Gore-Tex type jacket.
