Osiris is one of the few human-headed gods in the Egyptian pantheon; he also has a particular crown which has ostrich feathers on it. Bast, I think, doesn't have the solar disc on her head: she's also cat-headed whereas Tefnut has the head of a lioness. And Apep, I think, never appears with a humanoid form but almost always takes the shape of a huge snake.
