Yes, she may not look like a dragon but more like dragon half. Truthfully speaking....I can see the Card Captor similarity here. Well, to some degree, lets just say that. It's mainly in the hair and the eyes. I wanted to say the costume, but you made it way too elaborate for that. (Even though it probably would fit. )
Strangely enough, the fit two things that I happened to pick up on are the flower in her hair, as you're apparently very good at drawing flowers (I think I'm only now noticing, surprisingly enough) and that she has a tail here. Maybe in another old picture. But because of that one part of her costume that looks like it's flying up in the back, I was able to catch it as for the life of me I couldn't understand why it was doing that until I saw she had a tail. (So the back of the skirt looks less like 'skirt' and more like 'tail accessory')
The pose here works as with the wings she does look like she's hovering a bit...... which is probably enough Card Captor Sakura reference (As she does fly every so often.) I also do happen to like the boots you gave her. Part magical girl looking... part Christmas season boots..about the same thing~)
Still..the picture seems to have a calming.. peaceful theme in it to me, and thus I can easily like it.
Maybe it's just a me thing~
