Wonder what he would say when he goes in a meat processing plant... He will be blown away by the plain sight of the conveyor belts.... and the amount of meat in the processing plant. (at least 80% of processed meat end up in trash...:/)

I personally just like the simple idea of dragons just having the right vocal chords to copy/speak the human tongue. Not a fan of dragons having their own draconic language, though it's still done effectively in other fantasy stories.
Given the dragons are bigger than humans, there's definitely a touch of growl in their manner of speech. More prominent in the big males like Siggy.
