This was an image I drew up for the Albedo fanzine many years ago. It was inspired by the line uttered by the Blade Runner Replicant, Roy Batty who was lamenting the wonderous and horrible things he had seen while pressed into service as a "Disposable" person employed in the Service of Mankind. After an extensive battle between EDF and ILR forces, burning ships orbit some unnamed and uninteresting little planet.

Man, I wish I could draw sci-fi tech like you. Somehow, even though a child of the 80's I totally missed out on the sci-fi movement as it were, thus my experience/exposure to it was little and it's been a big issue considering I do comics in a futuristic world. Coming up with creative designs for stuff like ships like this one is a struggle. You however, pull it off flawlessly.
Reminds me of soo mutch miss spent days reading

Oh gosh YES! My friend Bernard from Australia introduced me to the comic back around 1993 or so. It was the only comic "Brave" enough to show a "Live" Bovine fertility proceedure in action and make it funny.
Now as to "Black Sheep," there's a movie that'll "Curl" the hairs of the human into animal transformation geeks. (Or more properly, "Pull the Woll over their eyes.")

So sad to hear that Murry Ball Died of Prostate Cancer only a month after they made the "Beuty and the bloke" Wallice Footrot and Cheeky Hobbson AKA Murry and Kate Ball

Refractions did an uncertain death in 1997 or so after Ri'kandarr Korra' ti couldn't afford to publish the fanzine any more. It kind of lived on through the fanzine "Huzzah" which was another Albedo fanzine, but around 1999 that publication folded as well. Steve Gallacci still has a few copies I'm sure.
