This is about a blonde hair, 9 years old boy named Ivan got a pet cat named Norman by his best bud red head, 9 years old named Phillip. Things went ok till Ivan got 2 weird pets for Christmas a 300-400ld big fat rat named Tiny and a rat size muscle bulldog named Biggie that can carry all 4 of them at once. So it's a weird and crazy life with Ivan, Phillip, and Norman.
