Then you can buy it at the Goldenrod Department store, I'm almost positive. It should say something about a bright flash and lowering accuracy in the description.

lucky you haha. You know one time i inflicted poison status at him/her and its hp bar is like low enough and when i threw an ultra ball it got out and fled. Then when i checked my pokedex it says area unknown. Then i was like WTF??. It must have died in the wild with poison status xD

It would propably be bad for having the Legendary Beast of Fire as a pet, i mean, it leaves fire everywhere where it walks xP
