This is the same cat guy as in http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4024077 .
The neck rope can be tightened until his arms are twisted back. I wanted to try to practice drawing perspective a bit. He just has tears on his face to mix the series up a bit, cause he usually enjoys it. I dunno. o__O;;;;

Artweaver, Photoshop

Wow, thank you! I think it would be okay if you try out the pose, but I have some advice. I drew this without a real photo reference (so it might not be a 100% great idea to only use my slightly inaccurate drawing as a reference). I had to erase a lot to get the pose good.
When I drew the head, I used http://www.posemaniacs.com/ for help. Under the "Tools" section there, go to "Hands for Drawing." When the page loads, a rotatable male nude torso appears. Click the 3rd name at the top of the list called "020 CT SCAN (Beta)" to get a rotatable head. You can zoom in by scrolling your mouse wheel. It helped me get the facial perspective right.
Also, I tried out the pose in front of a mirror a couple times. XD; It would be a good idea to try to draw the pose similar to what I did, but at a slightly different angle for a challenge/not exact copy. Good luck and I hope you'll tell me if you make your drawing. Sorry for writing such a long reply. >_<
