I have a new character.

His name is Logan Blackbirch, he's something of a cross between a paladin and a druid. He's part of an order that upholds the laws of nature in a world that's been ravaged by a deadly parasite that has infected vast swaths of mankind and turned them into shambling, undead amalgamations of mutated flesh. His village was destroyed by an ancient evil that was held at bay only by the elder of his order, who sent Logan and a handful of knights under his tutelage out to find others of his order, so that they could return and seal the evil in his village away for good. However, Logan's band was attacked in their exodus from the village, and his knights, knowing that he wouldn't leave him, cast one last spell to teleport him away from their locale--which is how he ended up finding Laramie's home in the marsh.
