Oh yes, I have this scenery in my head for a long time, if you look at some of my older drawings you may spot a few of these stones in the distance, I started writing the story but most the time I prefer to just draw ^^;

Heheh, and I'm currently doing another playthrough of Wild Hunt, this time on max difficulty and with me trying to take the time to experience Gwent. XD
