Is it a matter of pollen? You could get some anti-histamines (sp?) if that's the case. It's just a matter of cleaning and dusting your house.
My mother and brother are allergic to pet hair and pollen (even though we live 4 pets o.O) and I usually vacuum and clean the air ducts when their allergies flare.
