When Sandoku uses Pampaku's powers it tends to leave him fatigued, the more he uses, the more he'll collapse. He doesn't have much strength and stamina to withstand Pampaku's techniques and abilities, leaving him to black out. Making Alex the one to retrieve Sandoku when he blacks out so Pampaku can go all out for the fight. When Sandoku wakes up, his body tends to go limp for a day or two thanks to Pampaku leaving some energy in him to speed up the recovery process.
Even though Alex is the one to retrieve Sandoku, Ethan is the only one who prefers carrying Sandoku around since its close he'll get to carrying Pampaku without getting squished. Ethan does have some good strength to carry a full grown Unicorn, Sandoku of course often feels bad, but Ethan doesn't mind since it also helps him get in some good workout. Pampaku, Ethan, and Sandoku are too close since their the ones who get into some mischief.
Ethan loves giving his pony bro piggyback rides, or lets Sandoku sleep on his back when he's unconscious. Looks like Grogar messed with the wrong unicorn and now he's being worn by both. Sandoku of course unaware of what he did to Grogar, but Ethan assured him that the goat won't be bothering the other ragtags and that Ethan went out of the way to 'buy' special themed Grogar diapers, making them match and making Sandoku happy. The Unicorn hopes he gets feeling back in legs soon, Pampaku does do his best to aid in Sandoku's speedy recovery, but he tends to make it slow since he's technically getting a piggyback ride also.
