Seemed the account I started at first was a Premier account -.-....so I made a new one =/. Now I just need to wait for 2-3 business days for the 1.95 confirmation charge and then I will be able to use the card.......I always suck at this stuff xD. Billing....cards.....bank.......fee's......anything that has to do with money....(Except for spending and counting...and giving change....well I guess internet spending is something I have trouble with) I seem to run into a lot of trouble with xD. Oh and making money >.>.......Finding a Job right now is like winning the lottery, but yeah I will pay for it shortly.
But for now here is a couple references. I would say you could trust me too pay for this and you get started, but I understand if ya don't wanna xD.

Also a little request on what I want. If you could make him look like.....maybe he is smoking a cigarette and he is looking at the viewer in a cool seductive way. Exhaling the smoke through his nose. With eyes partly open. And a smirk on his face showing some teeth. He got big pearly white teeth as he is a wolf and keeps himself nice and fresh =D....sorry for the large post btw....I get picky when I pay for things like this. What would be cool though is an animated Icon o_O. Just him maybe taking a drag from the cig and exhaling from his nose. <.< How much would that cost? I am hoping to spend 5...or 6 dollars....Cause money is really tight and I gotta pay for my cellphone today. Only money I got coming in is from donation plasma 2 times a week and getting 25 for each visit. So work with me here D=

Animation of smoke would be a little difficult... And I'd have to take out the transparent background so you'd need to pick a background color. I'd have to say more like $10 because animating smoke is going to be a real chore... If you can't afford that I can always hold you a spot for an icon so that you can come back and get it done when you CAN afford it. But considering animating is difficult for me I can't really take less than $10.
