On my own I usually use either a smooth animation paper or smooth Bristol board.

Con sketches, tho, I don't remember what kind of paper or bristol I drew each on ... depends on the person's sketchbook. :)

While I have the chance to ask you, will you ever post a drawing construction, so we can see your drawing process? Or does it seem improper to ask that?

If I ever think to do it I could post something like that. Main problem is I draw fast and for most of these con sketches, I don't have a scanner on me to capture in-progress stages!

I'll see what I can do tho. :)
