This is my third tickle commission from Ncsuwolf69 and I do believe the very first tickle picture of Shere Khan from Talespin.


It is another "what-if" tickle situation that is based on the episode called Bullethead Baloo, where Shere Khan was captured by a crazy scientist that was fired from Khan enterprizes and sought revenge against the cutthroat buisinessman with the help of his robot. After being captured, the scientist explained to the police that Khan will be held ransom for money. However, even after all that has happend, Shere Khan stated that he was still not "amused" by these actions. (which would be the third time he's mentioned that during his capture.)
The scientist then proceeded to gag him and then locked his large feet in a pair of stocks. The scientist sneered that since he hasen't found his prediciment too amusing yet, he'll let his robot entertain him.
And with that, he left the room to call the police for the ransom, leaving him alone with the robot. The robot then moved itself in front of the tiger's stocked feet, and its arms then disappeared into its sockets. A second later, two other tentacle-like arms came out with feathers attached to the tips. Shere Khan just gave his usual stern look and raised an eyebrow. The tiger entrepreneur honestly couldn't believe that the robot was actually going to try that, aside from the fact that it was built with that function.
But as the feathers came into contact with the tiger's soft toes, the sensitivity made Khan jump, and as the feathers sawed in between his toes, was forced to slowly crack a smile. He couldn't believe it, a highly successful billionare like him was going to be humilated with the simple method of tickling. Khan tried to resist the feathers, but was forced into making loud giggling.
Khan stuggled and looked around for any means of escape but he couldn't break the thick ropes. But as he looked back to the robot he saw to his horror, two miniture fuzzy rollers on two more tentacle appendages were coming for his soles. As the fuzzy brushes touched his heels and proceeded to brush up up and down his feet. Khan finally blerted out muffled laughter behind his gag. Shere Khan had never laughed so hard in so many years, with the gag hiding his outragous expression.
Utterly humilated, Khan greatly feared the thought of this embaressing prediciment reaching the press or the public. He's only glad that no one was watching.

Just overhead, peaking through the ceiling window of the warehouse, was Kit and Baloo, in his Bullethead costume, watched in shock at Khan's strange situation.
Kit turned to Baloo, "Say, Papa Bear, shouldn't we drop in and save Khan now?" But Baloo only turned on his side, laying on the roof. "Nah, that robot will overpower us, we'll have to wait until the robot is out of the room. Besides, I don't think Shere Khan is amused enough yet, Heh Heh."
