Thumbs lives! Well, partially. I just have to get back into the habit of posting stuff.
Oll-e or ollE (pronounced Ollie) is probably my current favorite character, vying with the similarly colored Zeph for that title. You will most likely see more of em in the future as I have been on an alien kick at the expense of drawing furryfluffs. ollE is an idiopteran, an adaptable alien species of mine I posted 2 years back. Ey has elements from Pol (ahuizotl) and some other mammalian species, thus looks different than the standard idopteran. They steal genes from other species in order to adapt to new worlds, so that's no biggie for ollE's kind. A few watchers wanted to see more of them, so here's a colorsketch page for said people.

i absolutely love this. the colors, the hand on the end of the tail, the way the foot expands when weight is put on it and contracts when it isnt. the wings are fantastic, the way the hair and horns interact is visually very interesting.

Wow thanks for such a supportive comment. This alien species is my baby. It combines many features I like and has changed a bit over time, though not much. The blade/knife extendable claws are one of the perks. The "horns" are actually ear guards. One above and below the actual ear. They can encase the ear when down, but pick up and disperse frequencies as they move around, and add to mood expression.
Wow. I just love this design so much. I love his eyes, colors and double pupil in the main(?) eye, and the hand tail (I love that gene snag there, very cool, ahuizotl is such a weirdly neat creature) and I adore his feet and wings. @_@ He's just such a fascinating creature! Wonderful work <3
I recently watched Splice, so parts of this creatures designs reminds me of Dren, but this is overall a breathtaking alien design. I love it! hope to see more of this species! <3<3
(btw not saying that it looks exactly like dren. if you've seen splice you'll know what parts of the design i'm talking about. your design is still very different from the character in the movie, hahaha)
