hmm...i really need to work on my musculature. i mean, im not bad, per se, but mine dont look anywhere near as natural as this does.

are there any specific references, or types of references, you used? or just shit loads of practice?

while the structure is good I'd say to practice them in relaxed and contracted states in poses to make them look belivable. We don't want DBZ muscles now do we?

The only thing I can really say is that the side view of the arm muscles looks a bit off. Nothing big, the Deltoid looks a bit funky.

The arm is very cut, and pretty well done (with some interesting style) but I particularly like how the body on the left seems more "weight lifter" than "body builder." More Mariusz Pudzianowski than Ronnie Coleman.
