Raquel has found himself in his laid back outfits. And it seems no matter what he does, there's always a good hint of sass and style.
Funny thing, although Raquel looks like he's never having fun or happy, truth of the matter is he's a pretty nice and easy going guy, he just looks naturally rawr-fayse. Maybe that's why I like him so much, he puts off this air of always being sour. Another reason I like this pic is it shows off his pride, and his love for jewelry and accessories. Really well done I think!
