Usually, i use at the most two layers of color, blue for rough scetching and green for more fiddly areas. But when I have a comic like this with several similar panels, I usually use several layers of colors, one for each new change. The result is often very colorful.
How do you scetch? Espescially digital artists, do you scetch digitally or in real media. What color/colors do you use when scetching? Do you only do a rough scetch or do you scetch out more details?
