Got a lot growing... along with weeds! It’s a battle not to use herbicides.
Looking forward to watching it continue to grow!
I feel like I am in gardening school lol

Oh that's so nice!! It's so green there!
Unfortunately, where I live (Arizona), the climate isn't the best for most plants right now, so we don't have currently a garden. During the winter/spring, we always grow a few things though- usually squash, zucchini, broccoli, beets, and sometimes some other things just to see if we can! Just a lil backyard setup though haha.

wow! that is a lot of veggies! Will you be canning? Will you be making pickles?
I got my radishes and pumpkin planted yesterday. My brusselsprout plant is huge, but still no sprouts. My tomatoes have all been pulled out, (met their age and not producing) and a new batch started. Not to mention flowers!
And I only have a very small plot - yours is absolutely huge.

I wanna see a picture!❤️ You sound like you have a nice little garden there! I have never tried Brussels sprouts! I want to try them, but have never found them out here... maybe I’ll give it a go? Do you grow tomatoes all year round? Zone 10?
Last year was just 3 raised beds about 3 feet by 6 feet for two and 2 feet by 6 for the other at my house and 3 rows, 3 feet by about 10 at my in-laws.
I hope I can blanch and freeze a lot, and I do plan on pickling this year... even trying to grow my own dill to use.... but cut worms took down 3 of my 5 plants. Hoping I can save the others. I would love to make relish too like my mom used to make.
I actually hope to sell a tab bit at this little farmers market that is less than 1/2 a mile away. They were saying they wanted more variety. And I’d love to recover a bit of the cost from fertilizer, seeds and tarps
Plus I wanted to have things I could share with my neighbors... they are always giving me food they grew, and I would love to be able to give back.
But in all honesty... I might have went a little overboard 😬

*laughs... overboard is fine when it comes to growing food... once upon a time our country, as a whole, understood the need to garden. Our farmers are so good, however, it is much easier to go to the grocery. unfortunately the farmers get very little credit for what they do. I'll see about getting you a picture.

They are related to tomatoes. I accidentally bought them thinking they were strange yellow tomatoes wrapped in a paper lantern. They are supposed to be sweet and a little tart kinda like pineapple, but I read some people say they have the taste of butterscotch when they are fully ripened. I’ve never had one so am really excited about trying them! Supposed to be packed with nutrients too.
