Lira Moonglow, a Summer Elf from Felanar, a modern day city predominantly populated by elves, half-elves, and humans. Though one is likely to find the odd Orc, Gnome, or Fae among the city streets. Felanar is quite the metropolitan with its good, its bad, and its ugly. However Lira lives on the sunny side of town, with parks and nice restaurants, she much prefers Midtown, where things get a little more exciting and rowdy. She's bubbly, a bit too trusting, and always looking for a great time.
