It was drawn before the end of that one, actually, hence the older style. Liz visits her friend Ramin and tells her about her family reunion, and informs her about his own coming up.

By now I'm sure I got a few things wrong phonetically with the Scottish accent in the third panel. But it still makes me giggle. :B
