Near and Noah, the iconic twin lolis in the SDVX character roster, who first made their debut in the jacket for "freaky freak" by kamome sano. This is partly thanks to a certain someone I know in the SDVX community, whom this work is meant to be a belated birthday present for. Better late than never, right?
According to their description in the official SDVX character page (translated in English in RemyWiki), they're elementary school kids with the ability to fly thanks to Voltenizer Maxima, but often have a habit of bumping into each other. Their rabbit slippers were gifted to them by Tsumabuki Left, which they also let Maxima wear but can't wear them without walking properly.
