I think B looks good. But I have to admit that I haven't seen many like A before. I do like the look of it. I actually thought he was wearing headphones. It never really occurred to me that it was his ear.

I like both ! The thing is, both of them make things very different to me. The A type look like he have some kind of headphone and i have always find it new and cute. But the type B do look like actual hears and it goes great on him too...so....i can't choose XD

I am accustomed to A and tend to prefer that. I think B would look better if they were a bit shorter.

i think A, because there different makes him sand out thought it was headphones. B just look off like some thing you wouldnt find on a flying dragon. i think all in all you may need to go back to the drawing board to make some thing that fits better

What if his ears just roll up, then unravel if he needs to listen for something? And they would roll up to protect his sensitive hearing? This way, you could do both and have a good explanation as to why they look the way they do.

I've always found their round ears to look a little... weird, as they look more like boney projections than 'ears'. B is cuter, though I'm not sure if it's Ru at this stage.

You could always go with b and actually make the headphones thing/joke having him wear actual headphones. Then you can go with b, but still do a when you wanted. I vote for b regardless though!

A just oddly looks more fitting. It has a unique, yet simple design that I like. Showing that simple designs can be pulled off quite well and still stand out in good ways.

But...

B actually gives this unique charm to RUz. It has a nice cute charm to it. It oddly gives more life to RU that I didn't expect traditionally.

I prefer A, but that's only because that's the ear shape that I'm most familiar with. B seemed like a big improvement, though, and most people here seemed to agree, and I'm fine with redesigns because that's the creator's choice. So yeah, B it is. =3

They have been A for so long, I thought they were unique and amazing...and looked like headphones but that just made them cooler still. Call me old fashioned. I will love the character either way but if it were mine I would stay with A.

I will say though if your going to change it to B, will it still be a species?? because it makes those dragons of yours less unique since there´s a ton of small dragons with long tails & with those ears. Take my fursona for example lol. Which I dont have on FA but still point remains. Even moruro´s sona has ears like that. As you can see HERE & HERE. You may want to think about it some more. CAUSE LIKE, I don´t think it should be a species anymore if you change it.

OMG I am in LOVE with "B" Ru looks so adorable with those type of ears. The "A" design is cute as well, but I always got the impression of earphones from them. They never seemed like ears to me.
