Just a spontanous idea I had yesterday evening. It is set up in an asian fantasy milieu, probably a story about a Ronin (a Samurai without a Lord to serve) who who fell in love with a princess, daughter of a local Lord and the tragedystarts^^;

It would be a tragic and forbidden love, so possibly this would be the last kiss in what would be the time shortly before the Ronin was due to meet his fate. Perhaps the daughter had been granted this last moment with her love as a mercy from her father, though in these moments of distraction perhaps there is some sleight of hand at play, something concealed but perhaps allowing for the hope of an escape.
