- Character Designs intended for none profit, personal use but may be used commercially. Please notify me when and where your design will be used.
- I (DuckRoulette) should always be credited as the original designer regardless of adjustments to the design of the character(s) when used both non-commercially (where appropriate) and commercially.
- The original design artwork by may not be used commercially without prior written permission.
- Should you sell the design on to another party, I (DuckRoulette) do not need to be notified, though it is appreciated (since there's a chance I'll be happy to buy them back!)
