Found this abandoned station on what I suspect to be the former Grand Trunk Western, at 63rd St & Central Park Ave in Chicago's West Lawn area. At some point, the downstairs part was turned into a disco, but that's abandoned in-place now as well. I have too many pics of the inside of the thing to post here, but it's really spooky in there.

There are a lot of cool abandoned things along 63rd Street especially as you head east. There used to be a really old mall on 63rd and Halsted which I think has seen been demolished to make way for Kennedy-King College, and it was like a time warp going down there seeing stores which were long gone such as L. Fish Furniture. Those abandoned buildings like what you have pictured can be scary especially at night.
If you like too see more abandoned stations come to Brazil we have too much abandoned railroads, roll material and staions in Brazil, this shit of Brazil something have +-22000 kilometers of railroad, in comparation with the Argentina(a too much more civilized country than Brazil) who have +- 33000 kilometers of railroad being that the Argentine has 1/3 of the territory of Brazil, in Brazil we not have anymore passenger express because according the govern we have the cars and trucks for the transport of cargo why we have to use trains? we can use trucks and more trucks to stop the roads; ha and the govern(one of the more corrupt governs of the world) decreases taxes of the cars in the hour to buy to encourage to the people buy more cars because in the future all the people who have a car have to pay a percentage of the price of the car per year, and where the money of the taxes goes? reply: to the Corvette of the alderman, to the mansion of the mayor, to the Ferrari Enzo of the mayor etc..., and the shredded money of the constructions of the roads its not little, and the govern sells the road to private company, and this sell have more shredded money, and next the company toll charges, one part of the money stay of the private company and the other goes to the govern, because this the govern encourages the people use the cars trucks and buses instead of trains, and nevertheless the most of the roads of Brazil are simply roads oftentimes without coasting and have bumpy asphalt, to say the truth I wish I had been born in Argentina or Chile, the Brazil is the biggest economic power of the latin america but the people are uncivilized and has no culture.
To many people says Brazil will be desenvolved in the future, I don't believe in this, if the country continue in this way we never be desenvolved.
(Brazil have the most expensive tax of the 3 Americas and one of the more poar peoples)
