Kinda late birthday gift for 
LadyJulie but I put some extra effort in this one and was also busy when it was her actual birthday. But looking at the result of staying up until 2:30 AM to get this piece finished, I gotta say this is probably the best chibi I've made so far, although Chibi Hazy has a soft spot in my heart still X3
