In American English "hot" and "heavy" are positive slangs, meanwhile in Chilean Spanish it's just the opposite.
For example, "heavy" means an unpleasant person, that's why Pepe Cortisona is nicknamed "lead bag". (How heavy will be a bag full with lead?)
