A gift for mah buddy  guziecpl of his character Amelia.

Amelia has a somewhat tragic story as I understand it. She's excited being around little people, but she is cursed to grow out of control when she gets too excited. Whenever this happens she runs off and isolates from people. Naturally, she can't be around others as much as she would like, and when she's around them she can't really relate to them as she would hope. Karen, a character of mine, is touched by Amelia's predicament and resolves to help her navigate her feelings. At this moment, Amelia resolves to return a lost balloon to a little girl whose mother had tried to shuffle her out of Amelia's path.
