What happens when you get a four foot tall, aquatic dragon, who can generate whatever weapon he sees fit, on a whim, with photokineitc powers? Chaos, sheer chaos.

I introduce you to Merlin, photokinetic prince of the Anderian Sea. A fan of walks along the shoreline, swimming through trenches, adventure, and confusing the living daylights out of anyone dumb enough to pick a fight with him. As stated, he can change the Ring Blade on the fly to any weapon without skipping a beat as it's a photokinetic projection sourced from the armlet (think lightsaber, but not just a straight line). He'll mock you, tease you (sexually or otherwise), toy with you, joke around, and just act like he's having the time of his life all while hitting you with everything from the ring blade, to a comically large mallet, to fishing poles or frying pans.

Lore things aside, I'm happy with how this turned out, especially the glowing. I was curious how I'd pull that off, but I'm glad I figured it out. Anyone who's got some pointers, do let me know.
