From 2012's TMNT cgi series, Mikey's the only one of the turtles that could get this large if left unchecked. Well, we did se him fat where they went into Mikey's subconscious, but never THIS fat.
His gluttony, aided by a broken vial of mutagen, has made Michelangelo into a total eating machine. Not only is pizza still his favourite food, but now any other type food, can make him grow bigger.
