Rita Iviko Weaver, also known as 'Bang' and 'Gov't', is an Avona citizen, living in the capital Frost Light. She is a half Taranicul, half Kovac, standing tall nine foot, two inches, strong with a worker's psychical build, and truly an evening gal for the guys. Working as Lead Foreman at the Steam Coal Thumper Number 4, she tries to be an understanding leader of the workforce, but will put her heavy boot down when time calls for it, even taking mechanical repairs into her own hands to insure production doesn't halt.
