Popple and Bowser have been stealing the Chuckola Cola so many times that the authorities decided to hide the coveted soda in a secret room and replace it with Chucklehuck Brandy, a drink so sweet but with an alcohol content that, though nonlethal, can, if consumed in large enough quantities, make the consumer more drunk than any other type of booze. Popple realized he and Bowser were screwed when Bowser started having some of that brandy.
