This is the second remake commission of one of my old request by the artist Wishfoot 88: http://dlpeattie.deviantart.com/art.....1065&qo=21
This remake features the two mutants first seen in the second live action Ninja Turtles movie, Tokka and Rahzar. In this "what-if" scenerio, after the two mutants fail to destroy the turtles after their first encounter, they are placed in a torture device, exclusively made by the Foot Clan, called The Foot Roller.
