Designed by me! Here is the writing system I mentioned in my most recent journal. Note that you will need to set your keyboard to "Hebrew" for it to work correctly (even though its using Latin letter equivalents), and you will need to enable CAPS to type the numbers.

The letters are laid out like an IPA chart, though backwards as it is written right to left. Here are the sounds these letters make:
