This was taken a few days after I purchased him. He has a lot of cuts and scrapes that need to heal but other than that he is a very gentle horse.

He's in a separate pasture with electric and barbless wire. Some of the fence is barbed but I have been replacing it. He was in a single strand electric fence for 2 years and doesn't fight the fence. I also have a stud pen if needed. As far as breeding I bred him to one of my mares but not the other ones. So far they all have been doing fine and he has been a good boy and hasn't given me any trouble at all.
That is one handsome stud even though he's all cut and banged up. I have a thing for stallions (is that weird for a guy?) and would eventually like one that is a similar color to the one here. Interestingly, he has a similar color to one of my characters and his name also stars with a "B" but thankfully it's just Brian. Here's a bust of him just for a bit of comparison. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3327617/
Thanks for the comment. I agree, he is a nice stallion and his temperament is outstanding. I have had him for about 3 months and haven't had a bit of trouble out of him. I am able to do just about anything with him and he is already accepting the saddle and bridle. I don't think that having a thing for a stallion is weird for I like them too, have pretty much only had them int he past until I got the girls. I have found that managing stallions is easier, for me anyway, to handle than mares are. Now I have four horses and they are all good to work with. Since he is 3 years old I am waiting to see if his color changes next year or if he is going to keep the brown highlights that he has now. all the cuts are healed and all the replacement hair that came in over the cuts is now coal black. It's going to be interesting when he looses his winter coat next year. I saw your picture BTW and it's a fine one at that and you are right the color is about the same. The name Brego is what he was called when I got him and I decided to keep it.
