Here's a story that's been sitting around for a LONG TIME. I always liked comic strips the most recent one I'm reading right now is Calvin & Hobbes. It inspired me to dig this story back out again and try my hand at a cute toony style to eventually make into a comedic/wholesome story about this group(that may or may not get bigger by the time I finally start a series ;3).

Mackenzie 'Mac' is an adventurous girl who's bravery knows no bounds! It gets her into trouble a lot since she gets caught in paces she's not suppose to be. Mac likes to go to her grandparents place after school to hang out with her cousin and play in the woods in the backyard.

Nina, if you can't tell, is a little patoot. She's earned the nickname Naughty Nina from both schoolmates and Birmingrood residents! Her and Mac are cousins and very close. She's usually hanging out at their grandparents house since her dads work.

Rumba is a little pibble Nina's dad got to keep her company and teach her some responsibility and not be such a little patoot lol. He's a little puppy and VERY hyper but thankfully so is Nina so she's able to keep up with him. He's protective of the group and despite his size he's ready to rumble in the face of danger!

And last but not least, Wesley! Despite his size he's the same age as the girls. Even though his parents warned him he was still very curious about humans. And lucky for him he met two of the coolest! He loves to have fun and climb trees, but he's also very wary and can come off as a bit of a scaredy cat. But Mac understands and tries to help him get over his fears! Nina on the other hand scares him sometimes. She can be a little TOO wild, even for a monster! XD

And that's it! I gotta draw some more characters to get use to this more toony/anime-ish(?) style. And try to doodle some monsters. I want all of them to be colorful~
