And we're back with a new drawing. This one was in the pending list for a long time, but I was feeling really scared and "outside my comfort zone" trying to draw this. But now, after finishing it, I realize that I should have tried it a lot of time before (classic artistic feeling).
I love dinosaurs, and I have always found the character of Yoshi really cute and adorable in Super Mario and Yoshi games. It is without a doubt one of my favorite characters of Nintendo and videogames overall. I have to say that there is a lot of art of padded Yoshi, some drawings better than others of course, but still amazing pieces of art out there. I wanted to give it my own try, to see how my style worked with it.
I have really nice memories of playing Super Mario Galaxy 2 and looking the amazing colorful Yoshis in that game, their designs were amazing, and my favorite one was the glowing Yoshi to use in dark places like hunted mansions (I know that one was yellow, but I prefer this orange nice color hehe). This is how the idea of drawing a glowing padded Yoshi came to my mind. I think it looks amazing and cute.
PS: I will consider that this is the official artwork of the future and hypothetic "Yoshi's Padded World" :3

Very wonderful, Sweetie! One of the last games I was able to go through, entirely on my own, was "Super Mario Galaxy 2". I remember buying it shortly after I started my job in 2010. I could not wait to play as Yoshi. The different colors were fun with the different abilities you got determined by their color.
Did you like all the cute sounds that Yoshi made in "Supaer Mario Galaxy 2"? There were times that I would just stay in one area so I could hear all his and/or her adorable coos and squeaks. The fluttering feet were ultra cute, too!
The other parts of the game, which I enjoyed, were when you could have Yoshi get a 'Power Star' with you. Yoshi was so happy to be a part of bringing all that magic back to the Luma Ship.

I am glad to, finally, be getting on here as, to be super honest, I was excited to tell you that I have a really super awesome surprise to give you! I should have it within the week and really and truly think you will love it! It is so special that I cannot even post it here!

Thank you Yosh for liking my drawing that much. Yes, I also liked pretty much how in SMG2 Yoshi was an important character and all the cute things that you could look about him. But, my favorite videogame where Yoshi appears is without a doubt, Yoshi's crafted world, it is really really cute n.n
No, Yoshi's Padded World was only like my fantasy of a future Yoshi's game where everything is related with diapers and padded things. Something that will never happen, but well... Doing the series of drawing or a comic or whatever is something that probably I won't do at all since this drawing is being pretty much a failure in terms of received feedback *sighs*

Perhaps I can help with the 'Yoshi's Padded World'? A number of years back, I was trying to create a 'Padded Yoshi's Story' and, for fun, I could exchange ideas with you for a short series that would create what would make such a game enjoyable, cute, and a joy to play. :)

Well. I guess it is possible to make a like a kind of "screenshot" of how that game would look. It will be a lot of work of course, but I will consider that for the future.

Well, mainly I can say that Yoshi's Crafted World is a game with kids design but for all kind of people, because only the look of the game is kind of childish and silly, but the game isn't like extremely easy for babies, so you can both enjoy the silliness of the style or the classic platforms of the gameplay. It is pretty cool.
