Doing one more Playskool figure drawing before something else caught my mercurial interest. This is an attempt at the raccoon (see https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41946555/ and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41917669/ ), informed by that side picture of the skunk ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/42032686/ ) ... and that you can make a figure post-transformation by looking at hands or being surprised ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/42046816/ ). Also, adding in some of the excessive lines that make an Ellis Chambers figure look so plastic and rubbery.
I'm not satisfied with this; as often happens, the warmup doodle I did with pencil and paper had a better shape. But, better to finish something than not, so here we are. Does seem to be a figure surprised to be a 1975 toy raccoon anyway, even if I didn't go to the work of coloring it.
Background is, of course, the Playskool Holiday Inn toy set that I had, but did not bother going to actually check references for, because this felt too weird not having any setting. So that's why the ice machine is wrongitty wrong wrong wrong. (If you want to see how far off I was, http://www.thisoldtoy.com/playskool.....olidayInn.html or think back to being a kid in 1978. Yes, they had kids back then.)
