True, and in certain situations by being blunt you are actually being nicer than if you were to keep the silence. It's something I definitely struggle with though.

Me too, I bottle all the hurt and either explode at one point or dissapear 😔
I'm slowly learning to say what I want and stop alowing ppl step over me but it's hard to grow out of this "habit".
